The mission of the GreenICT Foundation is stimulation and promotion of sustainability in information- and communication technology. The foundation dedicates itself to this via facilitating, as initiating and coaching, of scientific research and divers ways of communication as information, advise, lectures and workshops.

The GreenICT foundation doesn't aim at "at the cost of"-sustainability. By innovative application of present-day and future technologies, an optimum result is attainable without being detrimental to comfort of life, living and work.
